Conflit foncier et construction sociale de l'autochtonie Abbey à Sébia-Yao

Abstract : Abstract The present study aims to be a critical examine on the the processes and practices political, economic and even cultural related to the integration of the allochthonous actors in Côte d'Ivoire. It takes based on a land conflict to account for the relationships between natives Ebrie of the locality of Bingerville and the allochthons Abbey who claim not only the property of the land to Sebia-Yao, but also autochthony on the same site. The study is also a reading of sustainability principles, the rules and the promoted integration values of integration with the unique party from 1960 to 1990. With the advent of the multiparty system in 1990 and the revision of the law on the land tax in 1998, we explain the way the land conflict to Sébia-Yao (sub-prefecture of Bingerville ,South-East of Côte d'Ivoire),is on the contrary a means of legitimization of the autonomy to this group of actors. This land conflict is also the resource which the actors Abbey of Sébia-Yao mobilizes for proclaiming themselves autochthonous of this site which they occupy. Autochthony that is built through forms of social protest, of identical strategies of legitimization on parcels of land exploited, or still attempts of preservation of the gains of migration.
